I read that the biggest change you can make to save the planet is to reduce meat consumption, and that is way more impactful than saving single use plastic. I’m of course not saying one or the other - I usually try to do both - but when it comes to making changes that stick, what are your choices? 😇

I’ll start first: I try to have one meal a day that is vegetarian 🌱 or pescatarian. That is already changing my 50% of my diet (cuz I don’t eat breakfast).
